The simple terms behind every order

Placing your order

Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no extra costs added after you order. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order, and all duties and customs are included.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed when you place your order. If a payment fails or is flagged for review, we may contact you for more information. We do not store full payment details on our systems.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always be transparent about what happened and why.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within one to three business days. Delivery usually takes an estimated six to twelve business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier volume.

Shipping is free to all destinations, with no minimum order and all duties and customs included. You will not be asked to pay extra when your package arrives.

Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered. If a package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Returns and refunds
